Transforming Self and World – POC Day Retreat at Birmingham Buddhist Centre
Join us for a special day led by Suryagupta, Chair of the London Buddhist Centre, as she explores the theme Transforming Self and World. Drawing on her own spiritual journey, Suryagupta will share why Buddhist practice is such a vital resource for meeting both our personal struggles and the challenges we face together in today’s world. The day will include meditation, talks, discussion, and time to connect with others in the POC sangha.
Please bring a vegan/veggie lunch to share
