Upon registration:
- You will receive short video that many students have found helpful to prepare for the session (within the confirmation email from eventbrite).
- Confirmation Email from Eventbrite which will contain the video helping you prepare for the session.
- Within 24 hours, an email from Julie Smith with details of how to login to your online session.
After you attend the session:
- You will receive a meditation toolkit to help you receive the benefits of meditation long after the session finishes.
