Is this suitable for beginner meditators?

Yes, its absolutely suitable. I will gently guide the meditation and you are able to follow my lead.

What amount should I donate to charity?

Whatever you can afford. I won't be checking. It's entirely up to you how much you give and what charity you choose.

Why are the dates so random?

They aren't random! They are all on the New Moon, to add positive energy of New Beginnings to our energy
