Highlights

Come together once a month in Runcorn for meditation and chat

Doors from 6.30pm if you'd like an extra half hour for a little chat and a hot drink

Meditation begins at 7pm, approx 45 mins long, event ends at 8pm

YOU: first half of meditation will be all about balancing your energies and strenthening your nervous system

ALL: second half will be a focus on peace, positivity and love for all

PRACTICAL GIVING: cost to attend is a donation to our local foodbank, given at entrance, list of foodstuffs required on their website
