Learn how to de-stress from everyday life. This course will address every aspect of stress within our mind, our body and our lives. We will look at how we approach life, what makes us take on more stress and why we don’t release enough when we sleep at night. This understanding will then be applied through, tips, meditation and mindfulness exercises and techniques so we can de-stress and cultivate a calm state of being.
