Many of us are feeling isolated at home during these very challenging times, so join us online and learn how to create peace and wellbeing in your life through meditation and mindfulness.

Our entire existence is experienced through our minds, and our perspective on life can dramatically alter once we begin meditating.

In these sessions, you can start to experience greater relaxation and learn how to keep a calm mind even amongst the chaos.

As the world is currently going through a huge transition, where social distancing continues to prevail, I am continuing to offer online meditation sessions through Zoom to help bring about some calm amidst the ongoing storm.

If you are new to meditation, this is the perfect time to start a practice from the comfort of your own home. My 30-minute sessions cover different types of meditations which will help you access your inner power and wisdom.

Allow me to be your guide during your meditation journey so that you too can discover that even the slightest shift in perspective can bring you greater emotional and mental wellbeing.

All you need to join is a laptop or smartphone and an internet connection.

With so much uncertainty, job losses and financial difficulties, I am making these sessions available to everyone regardless of their financial situation.

Organiser of Meditation for Wellbeing

Hi, I’m Patrizia , a Transformational and Spiritual Empowerment Coach and Meditation Teacher.

Like us all, I’ve experienced my fair share of life challenges, everything from abuse to homelessness and even bankruptcy, experiences which played havoc on my emotional and mental wellbeing. I’ve also been a seeker of knowledge my whole life, but it’s only when I stopped looking for answers in books and the outside world and started listening to the teachings of my soul through meditation, that I found true happiness, balance, and inner peace.

In 2015, I made meditation a consistent practice and since then I’ve been passionately studying and teaching mindfulness to help people deal with life’s stresses and anxieties. I recently left my job in education to embrace my calling in empowering, inspiring and educating people to live an authentic, happy and peaceful life no matter what’s going on in your world and no matter what challenges you’re facing. Meditation means going within and finding the strength and wisdom to navigate life’s bumpy roads. It’s definitely been my pathway to peace and clarity. To go within is to find the teacher within.

I believe that the greatest investment you can make is in yourself because the more you grow, the more you feel alive and able to offer your unique gifts and talents to the world. I help transform lives through meditation and transformational/spiritual empowerment coaching, so that everyone can discover their own infinite potential and purpose and live with more love, compassion and kindness.
