Change Our Thoughts, Change Our World
The quality of our mind determines the quality of our experience. On this short course we will:

Look at ways to understand and accept what is going on with our thoughts which will help us to relax.

Discover where these thoughts are coming from, what we are holding on to and how this incessant flow of busy minds disturbs our natural peace.

Learn how we can change how we think about ourself and our world so we can move in a new direction.
The course comprises two one-hour sessions with a refreshment break. Each session will consist of guided meditations and a talk. Everyone is warmly welcome and no experience is needed. This course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience.
The course will be taught by Meditation Teacher Dave Chambers. Seating will be on chairs (or cushions if you prefer) and no special clothing is required.
