What if the only thing standing between you and a life of purpose, clarity, and belonging is knowing what truly matters to you?

Join me for a soulful evening circle in Portsmouth, where we’ll explore the foundation of living an authentic life - through finding and living your core values.

Through grounding meditation and reflective journaling, we’ll gently reconnect with what matters most, so you can begin to live with greater intention, self-trust, and alignment.

When you know your values, you begin to trust yourself more deeply. Decision making becomes clearer, confidence grows, and life starts to feel more aligned with who you truly are.

This circle is an invitation to tune into your inner wisdom, uncover the values that guide your path, and discover how living by them creates deeper purpose, meaningful relationships, and a lasting sense of belonging.

And beyond that, it’s a chance to simply meet, connect, and make new friends with kindred spirits in a gentle, welcoming space.

This isn’t your average self-care night. It’s meaningful, calm, and made to leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply seen by yourself most of all.

What to Expect:

  • Arrive 5 minutes early to get settled before we begin at 7:30 PM.
  • A Loving-Kindness meditation to reconnect with yourself and others in the space.
  • A little introduction to the purpose of the circle.
  • 'Finding Your Core Values' Visualisation.
  • Journalling with some gentle coaching guidance, to reflect on our insights while sipping herbal teas.
  • Share in pairs (if you feel called to) or just have a little chat with those in the circle at the end while nibbling on something tasty!

Why I Created This Circle:

I recently moved to Portsmouth and I’m still finding my feet. Like many of you, I’m craving real heartfelt connection, which is why I created this circle - to offer a space for us to come together in person to embrace human connection and feel like we belong.

Who It’s For:

This circle is for you if:

  • You’re seeking clarity around your core values and want to feel more grounded in the choices you make.
  • You want to build self-trust and confidence by reconnecting with your inner truth and priorities.
  • You’re craving authentic connection with others who value depth, honesty, and intentional living.
  • You’re looking for a supportive space to explore who you are beneath the noise, and what you want your life to stand for

In this circle, there’s space for all hearts, all identities, all humans. If you feel called to join, come exactly as you are.

What to Bring:

  • A notebook or journal, and a pen
  • Water to stay hydrated

I'll Provide:

  • Comfy cushions to sit on or rest your head on (if lying down)
  • Yoga mats
  • Cosy blankets
  • Herbal tea
  • Ritual Equipment
  • A small gift bag to take home as a thank you for connecting in our circle!

I know it can feel a little daunting coming to a new event, so here’s a bit about me to help you feel more at ease.

I’m a certified Life Coach and Massage Therapist who helps people reconnect with themselves and each other. I created these Meditation & Journal sessions after moving to Portsmouth as a way to start building my own connections here in the area, and I realised I'm not the only one craving something real. A place to be ourselves. To be seen and feel like we truly belong. Whether this is your first circle or your fiftieth, if you’re craving more meaningful connection, community, and a space where you can just be you, you’re so welcome here!

Who is this circle for?

This circle is for anyone who wants to indulge in an evening of meditation and journaling for self-reflection, while meeting like-minded souls. This is especially supportive if you want to build self-trust, start living in alignment with your values, and connect more deeply with yourself and others.

Will I have to speak in this circle?

Only if you feel called to! Sharing is always optional. This is a space where silence is just as welcome as words (there will be the opportunity to share in pairs, if speaking to the circle feels overwhelming).

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. Think cosy! Especially to support the meditations.

I'm new to circles and life coaching workshops, can I still come?

Absolutely! Everything is guided gently and designed to be accessible to your needs, whether it's your first time or a familiar practice. You don't need to prepare or know anything in advance - just come as you are.
