Meditation Made Simple: A 4-Week Course for Beginners
Price: £65 for a 4 sessions, that's 8 hours of LIVE sessions, plus each week you will receive audio recordings of the guided practices for you to continue working with at your leisure.
Who is this for?
Are you curious about meditation but unsure where to begin? This 4-week course is designed to introduce beginners to the fundamentals of meditation, making the practice accessible, enjoyable, and easy to integrate into daily life. With a focus on breath, posture, and simple techniques, you'll gain the confidence and tools needed to create a sustainable meditation practice.

Bonus: After each session we will spend some time sharing (optional) or experiences from our session and anything from the previous week. This will be a safe space and a closed container to share your lived experiences with each other and ask any questions about the practices, tools & techniques we are learning.
Extra Support:
You’ll also be invited to join our WhatsApp group, where we’ll share weekly recaps, useful recordings, and videos to help you continue your practice at home. This group provides ongoing support and serves as a space to ask questions, share your experiences, and stay motivated.

About Holly:
Holly is a dedicated Yoga and Meditation Practitioner & Facilitator with over a decade of experience in guiding individuals and herself on transformative journeys towards inner peace, self-awareness, and overall well-being. Throughout this time, she has led hundreds of humans in workshops, classes, and retreats across the globe, from the UK to Australia, and in the heart of India, where she spent 3 months immersing herself in the ancient wisdom of Yoga and meditation.
Passionate about sharing the teachings of a traditional Himalayan lineage known as Sri Vidya, Holly's approach to Yoga is rooted in deep respect for these ancient practices, which she blends with modern-day applications for a more digestible and holistic experience. The teachings of the Sri Vidya Lineage have been a guiding force in her own life, helping her to shift her perspective, slow down, and cultivate mindfulness in the present moment. After recently spending 3 months in USA with her teacher Holly says she views Yoga as more than just a physical practice; it’s a way of seeing life through a different lens—one that fosters gratitude, clarity, and a deeper connection to the self.
Holly has a particular fascination with Yogic Numerology and the practice of Mantra, integrating these aspects into her teachings to help her students tap into their own unique energy and spiritual potential. She believes that every number, sound, and vibration carries profound meaning, and her work encourages others to explore these layers of consciousness.
Whether guiding a class, facilitating a retreat, or simply offering a moment of stillness, Holly’s mission is to empower others to appreciate the gift of the human experience and cultivate lasting peace, both on and off the mat.
