Experience the freedom of letting go on this half day workshop with Buddhist monk, Gen Chodor. Learn to let go of the painful emotions related to the past and find freedom from everyday feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction.

About the teacher:

Gen Chodor is a Buddhist monk and the Resident Teacher of Bodhisattva Kadampa Meditation Centre in Brighton. He has taught and practiced Buddhist meditation for nearly 20 years.
