Relaxing and reflective meditation practice in small groups helping you nurture self-love and kindness through the UK's November lockdown.
Join for one week or stay for each Monday evening session of November to explore how meditation can offer you a calming practice to release worry and anxiety and that can help you to build a daily practice that is beneficial for your health.
Offered online via zoom at 8pm (GMT - London time) with sessions lasting 60 minutes.
Each week explores a different theme :
Nov 9 – Kindness conversations with your inner buddha
Nov 16 – New Moon Meditations for manifesting your desires
Nov 23 – Grief and Remembrance – honouring and remembering loved ones who have passed and parts of our lives it is time to say goodbye to
Nov 30 – Full Moon meditations for letting go
These sessions are offered on a donation only basis as I appreciate many of us are struggling in current times.
