September session: We’ll be closing our season of discovering the heart of the Buddha’s teachings: the Four Noble Truths. September’s session invites us to explore the fourth Noble Truth: the way to freedom from suffering.
Through meditation, reflection and discussions, we’ll delve into the reality of suffering, its causes, and the path to freedom. Join us for this opportunity to deepen your practice, connect with community and explore genuine liberation
