Organisations, including hospitals, are now doing the Meditation on Twin Hearts as a part of their wellbeing programs for staff.

The UK Institute of Pranic Healing currently offer over 200 meditation sessions around the UK in any one month. These are open to the public on a donation basis to the MCKS Charitable Foundation UK.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a charge?

Yes. A £5 donation is required. All monies will be sent to MCKS Charitable Foundation. Our charity provides schools across the country with food, toiletries and sanitary products so that children have consistent access to essential supplies through our School Pantry Cupboards.

What should I wear?

Wear loose clothing. Avoid tight fitting clothing to prevent you from breathing and meditating comfortably. Choose clothing on the loose side, but not so loose that it bothers you or gets in the way.

Is there parking close by?

Yes, the tennis club has it's own car park.

Where is the entrance?

Follow the path around the tennis courts. After a minute, you'll see a clubhouse on your left where the Meditation is held.
