Do I Need a Yoga Mat?

Not at all. This is a Seated, Guided Meditation. No Lotus Position required.

Question 2

Do I need to wear Gym Clothes?

Accepted Answer

Nope. We will do some gentle exercises at the beginning and the end. Just let the organiser know if you have any pain or restrictions.

Question 3

Can I bring my 16 year old along?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a Meditation for people aged 18+. The only exception to this is if a 16 or 17 year old has completed the Level 1 Basic Pranic Healing Course with the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland.

How much is this to attend?

The sessions are free and run by volunteers, and we are raising funds for the MCKS Charitable Foundation UK (1188773). We recommend a donation of £5 for the Meditation, and £10 for the Healing Clinic. If you've never experienced a Pranic Healing Treatment before, your first taster session is free.
