About this event

Join us for an afternoon of meditation, reflection and shared space with other Black women. This month’s theme is creativity — as problem solving, self-expression, and emotional release — and how we can use it for healing and resilience in challenging times.

Together we will:

  • Practice grounding meditation and gentle energy work.
  • Explore creative tools for self-healing and collective care.
  • Share experiences in a supportive and affirming space.

This circle is a chance to pause, reconnect with yourself, and draw strength from community.

What to Expect

Each month, we explore a unique healing theme through:

  • 🧘🏾‍♀️ Meditation & Grounding Rituals to calm your nervous system
  • 🌬️ Stress-Relief Tools like breathwork, visualization, and gentle movement
  • ✍🏾 Journaling & Reflection to support clarity and emotional release
  • 🌿 Cultural & Ancestral Insights through stories, archetypes, and practices that affirm our wholeness
  • 🤎 Community Connection in a safe, affirming circle where you are held, heard, and honored

This is for you if you’re…

  • Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected
  • Seeking grounding, balance, and stress relief
  • Curious about energy work, meditation, or ancestral practices
  • Longing for a safe space among other Black women
  • Ready to reclaim your softness, power, and peace
