About this event
There’s a weight many of us carry—quietly, daily, generationally.
It’s not just tiredness—it’s the toll of being unseen, of holding it all together in a world that demands our strength but rarely offers us rest.
You are not broken. What you feel is real. And your healing is possible.
This monthly circle is a space for Black women to release stress, reconnect with self, and rise in power. Each 90-minute session is a guided journey of rest, renewal, and remembrance—using meditation, energy healing, gentle somatic tools, and wisdom drawn from African and ancestral traditions.
What to Expect
Each month, we explore a unique healing theme through:
- 🧘🏾♀️ Meditation & Grounding Rituals to calm your nervous system
- 🌬️ Stress-Relief Tools like breathwork, visualization, and gentle movement
- ✍🏾 Journaling & Reflection to support clarity and emotional release
- 🌿 Cultural & Ancestral Insights through stories, archetypes, and practices that affirm our wholeness
- 🤎 Community Connection in a safe, affirming circle where you are held, heard, and honored
This is for you if you’re…
- Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected
- Seeking grounding, balance, and stress relief
- Curious about energy work, meditation, or ancestral practices
- Longing for a safe space among other Black women
- Ready to reclaim your softness, power, and peace
Why This Matters
Colonialism disrupted many of our connections to rest, spirituality, and ancestral wisdom.
But rest is your right. Healing is your birthright.
These sessions help us gently reclaim practices—rooted in African cosmologies and holistic care—that bring us back to balance. No prior experience is needed; come as you are.
