Start your morning right! Meditation, Swim & Coffee is a weekly pop-up class to keep up your wellness routine throughout the summer and to meet like-minded people. Meditate in one of the coolest places in the area: Sobo Beach and let's chill with a coffee together after!
This is a beautiful way to kick-start your morning before work or whatever you have planned on Wednesdays. The session is a 30mins guided meditation followed by an optional swim and a coffee to enjoy with others or to go if you are in a rush.
There are many benefits of meditation, but it's best to experience them for yourself. Our fully guided sessions, which combine many different meditation techniques, are a perfect way to embark on a journey of relaxation and mindfulness. With the use of our headphones, you can completely immerse yourself in this state of mind without being distracted by external noises. Simply put the headphones on and listen.
Please bring something to sit on, a swimming gear if you're planning to brave the sea and let the teacher know before the class if you have any health conditions. The class is weather permitted - if it's raining and we cancel the class we will roll your ticket to the next available date (plenty on this summer). You'll get an email the night before if the class is postponed or simply message us on hello@silentyoga.co.uk or text 07716689582 if unsure.
Swim is optional and you are fully responsible for yourself in the water.
