In these classes you will learn how to really relax and experience deep peace and well-being. Discover for yourself simple meditation techniques to help you unwind, renew your energy and enjoy life.

Explore practical techniques to increase your energy and enthusiasm in your meditation practice. Experience deeper levels of relaxation and peace.

Discover how you can relax and change your daily experience for the better by changing your mind.

No experience is required and these classes are perfect for beginners.
AVAILABLE TO VIEW FOR 7 DAYS - so you can watch at a time to suit you or watch it again as many times as you like during the week!
The class comprises guided meditations and a teaching with practical advice for our daily lives. With experienced meditation teacher Peter Bygrave.
Each booking is per person and you are welcome to book for more than one person if you are sharing the class with someone in your household.
These classes are for people who are living in and around Peterborough. This includes our branch classes at Boston, Crowland, Ely, Huntingdon, March, Spalding and Stamford and people in those areas. If this does not apply to you, then please contact us.
