Description

Dr Mark Stacey, Associate Dean for New Initiatives, Wales Deanery, and experts from DNA Definitive, have adapted the trauma risk management (TRiM) course currently used by the military, for use with medical staff.

This 1 day course is a pro-active, peer delivered event that will improve your resilience, help you manage high stress levels and teach you strategies to support you and your colleagues.

The day involves a series of interactive sessions that provide delegates with a framework for spotting the early indicators of stress and the tools to implement a management strategy following a traumatic event.
