About this event

The idea of the webinar is to bring the SESOs to think on how delivering effective support to entrepreneurs requires experience and empathy.

Both of these call for SESOs to be actively engaged in implementing the very practices they promote to entrepreneurs.

As such, creating a sustainable SESO takes agility and boldness in prototyping new products and services which may be useful to entrepreneurs. This session will cover how SESOs can “practice what they preach” in creating sustainable business models.

Pablo Handl is co-founder of Impact Hub São Paulo since 2008 and a partner and board member of several Impact Hubs in Brazil. Furthermore, Pablo is an assisting professor at the University Fundação Dom Cabral, (www.fdc.org.br) leader in executive education in Brazil / Latin America.

He is co-leading its center for social intrapreneurship with the mission to support entrepreneurs within large companies to implement sustainable business solutions and create intentional positive impact. He is co-organizer of the bi-annual Brazilian Forum for impact business and investment, www.impactamais.org.br.

Throughout this past decade he has led the evolution of Impact Hubs business model in Brazil to new sectors, developed new services and new revenue streams. “The objective of our innovations is to increases our impact, growing and diversifying our revenue while staying true to the core purpose and values”.

The session will explore the journey of Impact Hub’s integrated business model approach. We will share the stories and real situations which entail lessons learned, successes, insights and mistakes made. The session will illustrate the entrepreneurial pathway that has resulted in a resilient and sustainable business model and future perspectives.
