Every year The University of Surrey welcomes newly arriving international students and transports them to our campuses in Guildford

Our team of staff and student helpers are here to make your arrival to the UK and trip to the nearby University of Surrey campus as smooth as possible.

The team will be at welcoming arrivals at the airport between 7am and 7pm on the following dates this year

Please note that for all Monday airport pick-ups bookings will close at 8am (GMT) on the Thursday before the event
