Summer – Focusing on Seasonal Flowers
This forms one part of a year-long series of seasonal workshops with Carole Bates, focusing on using locally available plants, meeting and working with herbs. Each workshop can be booked individually, or you can take all four.
Each workshop will focus on one specific herb whose identity will be revealed on the day.
The series will cover:
- teas, oils, vinegars, ointments, tinctures, and nutrition
- growing, ritual, and intuition, keeping safe
- history of herbs in Scotland, using your senses and making something to take home!
Adults only, 8 participants max.
