Meet Dr Jill McGarry (consultant clinical Psychologist and sleep expert) who will help you understand the importance of sleep for you and your business, guide you through the basics so that myths are boosted and sleep science is explained to benefit you.

Jill’s talk is divided into 4 sections:

  1. Why sleep is important.
  2. What sleep is, what science has taught us .
  3. What sleep hygiene is and isn’t .
  4. The five pillars of sleep.

So you'll not only understand why you need sleep but come away with an increased knowledge that sleep isn't just unconsciousness and how to improve your slumbers!

During the talk there will be opportunities for interaction for those wanting to engage with it and a Q&A section at the end.

About Dr Jill ...

Dr Jill McGarry has over 25 years experience as a clinical psychologist and for the past five years she’s been running a private practice to support individuals to sleep well alongside holding wellbeing workshops for business and groups to harness the power of sleep.

Recently she has worked with Goldman Sacks via Mindforward Alliance, British Aerospace via High performance Journey and talks at the EXCEl, NEC and manchester Central for the Autism and ADHD show.
