Event description

Description

Talks for self-awareness, education, and personal development in the areas being discussed on the night, that can also help if you know people who are in distress in some way.

You have the opportunity to find out about all things wellbeing: therapy/counselling/coaching, and how your wellbeing affects your life, relationships, work or business... and more importantly what options are out there to improve it and get the life you want.

It's a safe, friendly environment, where we know you may be turning up on your own behalf or out of concern for someone else ... they are interactive talks, including techniques you can takeaway, plus an opportunity for you to ask whatever you questions you're left with after the session.

These sessions are also the gateway to our new short-course focus groups and workshops, which include:

* Monthly Meditation and Inner Journeying for relaxation, and improving emotional and mental wellbeing
* Free yourself from Stress, Anxiety, & Depression

* Resolve Attachment issues to improve emotional wellbeing and Relationships
* Trauma, Pain & Anger ... rewrite your story, build a healthy relationship with your body's messages

4th November - Beyond Anxiety - Shame, Guilt ... and the role of the inner critic

SHAME is not motivating – it’s depressing!

Triggering SHAME or GUILT for problem solving ... IS part of the problem.

« But do you realise when you're doing it?

« Do you know the difference?

If you're getting 'angry' responses to 'simple' requests you may be unwittingly using passive control/manipulation which often results in unconscious triggers of shame ... the other person may not even know why they're angry, hurt, sad ... they may just 'know' that they feel 'bad'.

Join us next week and find out how your own shame story is

« contributing to your current problems

« frustrating your problem solving

« limiting your relationships

... and what you can do about it

BEYOND ANXIETY ... we're digging deeper ...
