Meet The Maker 'Vincent Wallard'

Come to meet one of the founders of Terroirs wine bar, now a wine maker!
After living 6 years in Argentina, Vincent started to buy grapes and make a Malbec in 2011 with organic grapes from Bodega Cecchin in Maipu, south of Mendoza.
In 2014, he decided to go further south for higher terroirs with calcarean soils in Gualtallary at 1500m near Tupungato.
Using his knowledge of both sides of Cordillera, he began selecting, importing and distributing a small range of wines, made by friends in respect of both soils and nature, using indigene yeasts, low or no sulfites, unfiltered and with very little or no wood ageing.
Vincent will be sharing with us his Malbec Cuatro Manos from Mendoza and introduce his friends wines from the Bodega Cecchin and the País from Leonardo Erazo in Itata Chile.
