Sam is a Nutritional Therapist, Chef & Food Presenter, who serves as the Natural Chef Course Director. Her focus is on sustainable food that is good for you and your world.

Beth English Myers

Beth is a Nutritional Therapist who focusses on ensuring her clients’ understand how food can truly be their medicine. Beth runs private and corporate workshops, as well as co-hosting the podcast Brains & Bellies

Åsa Linea Simonsson

Åsa is a Nurse, Nutritional Therapist and Naturopath. She is our fermentation guru and is the author of ‘Fermentation’ – awarded Best Fermentation Book UK in the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards.
