AFTER CONSIDERING THE LATEST GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES REGARDING DEVELOPMENTS WITH THE CORONAVIRUS, WE HAVE TAKEN THE DIFFICULT DECISION TO CANCEL THIS EVENT.
Shared Interest celebrates its 30th anniversary in 2020 and to mark the occassion we would like to invite supporters to meet some of the people behind the Fairtrade products we all love so much.
We have invited two of Shared Interest customers over to the UK from Peru and Rwanda, and we also have speakers from the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO) and the Fairtrade Foundation.

Shared Interest is an ethical investment organisation which aims to alleviate poverty by helping people in remote and disadvantaged communities, to trade and earn a living.
We act co-operatively with over 11,500 investors coming together to achieve a common goal, pooling their £43 million of investments. We then use these funds to provide loans and credit facilities to primarily fair trade businesses, to ensure that farmers are paid on time for their crops.
