'Meet the Stemettes' in Chester panel event - June 2015
Saturday, 27 June 2015 from 13:00 to 16:00 (BST)
Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Stemettes invite you to a celebration of women in STEM. The event will be hosted by Head Stemette, Anne-Marie Imafidon.
Despite the thousands of women already working in the UK's Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM) fields, there exists a lack of young talent in the pipeline. Join us to hear from a diverse panel as they share their somewhat surprising career paths and provide tips to those students who are contemplating their future careers and job options. The event promises to provide a fantastic opportunity to meet and network with STEM professionals and discover new opportunities over light refreshments in a relaxed atmosphere.
The event is aimed at sixth-formers and university students; younger girls are also welcome if accompanied by a parent/guardian.
