From websites to social media, online services and reviews, people get the information and support they need from ECC in a variety of ways. This session will give you the opportunity to re-set, imagine life as someone who doesn't know ECC, and take a fresh look at how we use digital channels.
This will be hands-on session with some team exercises, so come prepared to get stuck in and share your ideas.
