About this event

Coeliac UK provide many tools and resources for helping you choose the right foods for your dietary needs and this includes a series of workshops developed and hosted by our dietitians. Our workshops are designed to give you expert information and inspiration so your diet doesn’t feel more restricted than it needs to be.

We understand how daunting it can be when you’re first diagnosed with coeliac disease and told to start a gluten free diet and we’re here to support you. We’re aware of the difficulties many of you are facing when access to dietetic support in the community is more of a challenge. To help, we’ve developed our newly diagnosed online workshop which covers everything you need to know about getting started with your gluten free diet.

This workshop aims to help you feel confident about managing your diet and living well gluten free.

If booking a place, please ensure you check both your email and junk email to ensure you have all the details needed. You will receive an email a few working days before the workshop.

If you have not received the workshop details or have any queries please contact us at dietitian@coeliac.org.uk. We cannot be held responsible if you have not received these. Please note if the event is starting in less than 2 hour, this inbox may not be checked before the event. You can contact our Helpline on 0333 332 2033 if you need any further support.

“Really helpful workshop to understand more about coeliac disease and the support available. Very reassuring to learn about the resources and practical elements of following a gluten free diet. It was quite daunting following the diagnosis but this has given me confidence to proceed”. Steph, Sutton

For the last 50 years, Coeliac UK has been the expert on coeliac disease and the gluten free diet. We are an independent charity helping people living without gluten to live happier, healthier lives. We do this by providingtrustworthy advice and support, funding critical research into coeliac disease, working with healthcare professionals to improve diagnosis and fighting for better availability of gluten free food. And we do it all so that one day, no one’s life will be limited by gluten.
