The World Congress of Faiths is pleased to announce our 2019 conference:
Meetings of Minds: Conflict, Reconciliation and Inter Faith Relations
We are delighted to have Dr Kristin Aune as our keynote speaker who will be discussing:
‘How can religious communities or professionals work for mutual respect and understanding in an educational institution?’
Topics at the conference will include:
• Education for reconciliation and Interfaith encounter: mutual benefits
• Preparing young people for faith diversity
• Polarised societies and Interfaith relations
• What faith communities can learn from studies in reconciliation: some lived examples

There is no parking at St Michael's House except for disabled parking (pre-bookable).
PARK AND RIDE (THIS BUS ALSO COLLECTS FROM THE RAILWAY STATION)
We highly recommend using the Park and Ride to travel to the venue if travelling by car. The Park and Ride is based in War Memorial Park (Kenilworth Road, CV3 6PT) and operates the X17 bus to and from the city centre via Warwick Road (for the railway station), terminating at bus stop HS1 (Coventry Transport Museum) with journeys taking 10-15 minutes from the park and ride to the city: see full timetable here. From the Coventry Transport Museum bus stop it is just a 4 minute walk to St Michael's House, Priory Row (see walking map here: https://goo.gl/maps/LYEsHwfeHrhWt2jk8).
Parking independently:
Nearest car parks: there are several public car parks nearby. The one we recommend is Grove Street Surface car park Grove Street, Coventry CV1 5PH: https://goo.gl/maps/NEWWLoz4YWLDot837 which is a 6 minute walk to St Michael's House. Parking cost is £8 for a full day.

Walking directions from Grove Street Surface car park:
- Exit Grove Street Surface car park onto Cox Street and turn right
- When you reach the black construction wall turn left and walk until you reach Gosford Road
- Turn right then walk until the walkway between The Hub and the construction site (Look out for 'The Hub' large sign for Coventry University campus (listing Students Union etc)
- Turn left so you walk alongside and around the Hub building - you will then see the Cathedral buildings ahead of you - walk straight ahead up the steps
- You can then walk past the Cathedral ruins, under the cross to reach Priory Row
- St Michael's House is on your right at the corner of the green square
