The Routine Re:Form is the first ever Mei Routine event a curated Reformer Pilates experience that blends mindful movement, balance, and calm energy. It’s a chance to reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself through movement and intention.

Do I need Pilates experience to attend?

Not at all. The session is designed for all levels  whether you’re new to Reformer Pilates or have years of experience, the class will be guided and tailored to meet you where you are.

What should I bring?

The dress code is black comfortable, and functional. Wear whatever you feel your best in for Pilates: leggings, grip socks, a fitted top, or a unitard
