Event Details

Culture, identity and the power of collective interdisciplinary action in cities; make these connections and more for the launch of Connections: 12 approaches to relationship-based placemaking, a seminal work gathering the UK’s leading writers, practitioners and activists on citizen-led urbanism.

It is an opportunity to mingle with a network of professionals leading the fields of social science, art, architecture, community building and regeneration.


The evening will include:

  • Making new connections

  • A special guest keynote address

  • A panel discussion with award-winning author Dr Noha Nasser

  • Sharing, critiquing and discussing the potential of "Connections" and bridging culture through animating public space.

  • Delicious street foods from around the world
