Mellow Bumps Group

Our 5 week group is a fun, supportive way to connect with other pregnant people, receiving support from each other and our group lead.

Learn about ways to reduce your anxiety or stress, bond with your baby and understand their development.

The group is FREE to access for expectant parents, who are at least 20 weeks pregnant.

We have our next Mellow Bumps group starting on the Tuesday 6th January 2026!
This groups will be held on Zoom!
