A quick introduction to meditation and the Melt Stress method so you can join the groups at 12.30 &/or 1pm.
Pre-Meditation - Melt Stress in Minutes (12.30 - 1pm)

Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation (1-1.30pm) not for complete beginners
