5 people (2 adults, 3 children) is the maximum number who can visit at any one time

Is there a minimum / maximum age limit of the children?

Children from 2 years up can visit Santa's grotto. We would suggest the maximum age is 10 years old.

How long before our scheduled time should we arrive?

At least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure our staff can book you in.

What happens is we miss our scheduled time?

Our staff will try to find the next available slot to offer you but we cannot guarantee this. No refunds will be given for failure to arrive in time for your session.
