Timeout Tuesday is a monthly online workshop consisting of breathing, self-massage and stretch techniques that you can do anywhere.

Throughout the summer, Pummel and Knead are hosting "Tuesday Timeout", an online workshop on the last Tuesday of each month.

This 60 minute workshop is designed to enable participants, through the use of breathing, self massage and stretch techniques, to instantly feel positive changes to the mind and body, and also gain a practical tool kit to allow for continued enhancement of overall health and well-being.

As well as targeting problem areas associated with static desk work, we will also share some useful breathing tips to help further with managing stress, and hold a short Q&A session at the end to address any specific queries.

You will attend this event live via zoom, with video and sound settings switched off for attendees, ensuring privacy for each individual. It will therefore be a safe space to try out these techniques, in the comfort of your own environment.

As two experienced sports and remedial massage therapists we will be your guides throughout. We therefore recommend that these techniques are best achieved sitting on a comfortable but upright chair or alternatively standing. You may want to have a hair tie with you if you have long hair, wear loose clothing and have some water handy to help keep rehydrated throughout. It is also lovely to pop on some relaxing music and have the room at a comfortable temperature if possible.

Welcome to the MeMassage!

This self-care online live workshop focuses on techniques designed to relieve muscle tension, decrease stress and anxiety and aid with overall health and well-being.

As two experienced sports and remedial massage therapists, Lucinda and Clare will be your guides throughout the 60 minute workshop, taking you step by step through some easy yet highly effective techniques such as self massage, stretches, breathing and acupressure techniques.

We will also share some useful breathing techniques to help further with managing stress, and hold a short q&a session at the end to address any specific queries.

The webinar can be attended live via zoom and settings will ensure that video and sound are switched off by default for each attendee for the duration of the workshop. This is for your own comfort and allows a safe space for all, to explore and work through the workshop techniques in privacy.
