The event includes a presentation and discussion of some hot topics including:
Following challenges from Uber drivers and others in the “gig economy” just what is the difference between “employees” and “workers” and why does status matter?
Update on how to deal with misconduct in the workplace including just when can we rely on earlier warnings?
Can an employer be liable for disability discrimination even if they did not know the employee was ill?
Does Brexit matter?
