Participants will delve into the essential components of COBIT 5 to learn how it covers the business end-to-end. It should help you and your organistion effectively govern and manage Enterprise IT. Developed for anyone interested in obtaining foundation-level knowledge of COBIT, the course explains the COBIT framework and supporting materials in a logical and example-driven approach. The Foundation examination is a gateway for advancement to COBIT 5 Implementer or Assessor training and examinations.

- The need for an effective framework to govern and manage Enterprise IT
- How COBIT is used with other standards and best practices
- The functions that COBIT provides and the benefits of using COBIT

Examination on 24th September 2016 11:00 to 15:00 will be held at Sandmount Hotel Herbert Road, Dublin 4 (subject to Confirmation),
Registration for the exam will start at 10:30 on 24th September and lunch will be provided.
The course is essentially free as the €160 payment is for the exam fee & the Chapter is covering all other costs. The course is only open to ISACA Ireland Chapter members. For those who wish to Self Study and cannot attend the course, the exam is available from the Chapter for €160 which works out at a much discounted cost from the retail fee.
