Andrew Blacknell, is a change and communication consultant with over twenty years’ experience both in house and as a consultant. He’s an expert in employee research, engagement, change management, employee value propositions and leadership development. Andrew formerly led the UK communication and change management practice at Towers Watson and now runs his own consulting business. GlaxoSmithKline, American Express, the Church of England and Towers Watson are some of his clients.
