Men Only Yoga & Breathwork

This will be a men only session and a safe space to explore the benefits of yoga and breathwork. We’ll start with a with a 60-minute guided practice from 2:00pm, followed by tea and a time to chat and connect. Mats will be provided - just wear comfortable clothing.
Yoga is good for everyone, and especially valuable for managing the pressures of daily life. Through gentle movements and focused breathing, yoga helps to:
- Release tension in muscles and joints
- Improve strength, flexibility, and balance
- Calm the mind and reduce stress
- Boost energy and overall wellbeing
Whether you are a complete beginner or have been practising for a while, there will be adjustments to suit your needs. This session is open to all - you are equally welcome to simply come, breathe, and take a moment to rest and reset.
This is your chance to take time for yourself, connect with your body, and learn practical tools you can use to feel more grounded and resilient day to day.
