Is it interactive, or will I just be watching a presentation?

Yes, the sessions will be interactive. You will get the opportunity to ask questions in the Q&A and there will be 5 minutes at the end of each session for us to answer. If we run out of time, we have allowed time at the end of all 4 talks to cover any missed questions.

Is it recorded so I can rewatch if I can’t make it live?

Yes. We know and understand how life happens. We want you to be able to grab all the great bits even if you can't stay to watch it all or something comes up so you miss it.

Will I leave with practical action steps I can start using immediately?

Yes. Yes. Yes. Our sessions are going to be full of useful and practical tips, that don't require lots of cost, time or effort. You just need the positive mindset to give them a go. And if you are booking on- you already have that: 'Yes, I want to make changes for the better now' attitude.
