We have teamed up with MenoHealth to help raise awareness of the menopause. MenoHealth are providing online menopause awareness sessions twice a month throughout the next year for NHS and primary care colleagues across Hampshire & IOW. The sessions will cover a wide range of issues and topics and everyone is welcome.

Can’t attend all sessions? This isn’t a problem at all, signing up to the series will provide you access to any of the sessions you would like to join. If you miss a session you particularly wanted to hear about you can contact us at HWSS@hhft.nhs.uk and we will share the recording and any relevant online handout material with you.

Each session with MenoHealth will be on a Thursday morning starting at 10:00 running for 30 minutes. Our Health and Wellbeing Support Service (HWSS) team will be on the call and will also stay online after the session for further support and to help answer any questions you may have.

Thursday 18th May 2023 - Breast changes- during menopause, what’s normal- the TLC way to recognise symptoms and busting the myths about breast cancer

Thursday 1st June 2023 - Surgical Menopause and early Menopause- not your typical menopause

Thursday 15th June 2023 - Q&A and community chat
