Become a Menopause Ambassador and help create a supportive and open working environment, that will empower your staff, reduce the stigma and improve retention. When staff train with Still Human to become a Menopause Ambassador they will be equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources to raise awareness and foster a more inclusive workplace.

Course overview

· We have created this 2-hour online, Menopause Ambassador training so that you can have short-term impact and long-term sustainability around the issue of menopause within your organisation.

· This training is suitable for anyone with a passion to enhance their knowledge and understanding of menopause and who have a drive to create a more supportive and non-discriminatory environment for those experiencing this transition.

· Becoming a Menopause Ambassador will not only benefit the individuals you support but also the wider organisation and society as a whole.

The course will be run on Teams and a link will be sent across to you upon booking.

Training includes:

· What your role as a Menopause Ambassador is.

· How to advise Senior Leaders on what a menopause friendly workplace looks like.

· Equality, Diversity and Inclusion around menopause.

· Flexible working and reasonable adjustments.

· How to have sensitive conversations.

· How to set up and resource a support group.
