Join us for a supportive and informative session designed to help you better understand the journey through menopause and how it can impact your wellbeing.
What we’ll cover:
- What menopause really is – breaking down the myths and facts
- The different stages: perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause
- How menopause can affect your physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
- Practical tools and strategies to boost your wellbeing at every stage
Whether you're currently experiencing symptoms, approaching menopause, or supporting someone who is – this session is a space to learn, share, and feel empowered.
Is it online?
Our courses are running online. Our classes are delivered using Zoom. We will email instructions for joining prior to the class beginning and we ask that you have a pen and paper handy so you can continue to participate fully. Please note that we will need to lock access to these courses 5 minutes after the start time - no further access will be available after this time. We recommend logging into the webinar a minimum of 10-minutes before the advertised start time. Upon logging in you will remain in a ‘waiting room’ until our hosts open the webinar.
How much does this cost to attend?
Our courses are completely free of charge to those living within the Glasgow City Council area. Due to funding, we are only able to deliver to residents of Glasgow City Council at this time.
Can those that live out-with Glasgow City Council participate?
