Tai Chi is a gentle, relaxing and meditative exercise that is good for the mind, body and soul. Suitable for all ages, abilities and mobility levels. It can be adapted for standing or sitting. No prior experience or special clothing required.

Easy to learn!

Join Sarah from Sarah Davies Therapies for Tai Chi at 2pm and then stay on for refreshements and an informal chat about menopause led by Cathy Lisles.

Event will be held downstairs. A lift is available inside or access from care-park area directly to downstairs rooms. Multi-storey car-park across the road on Berw Road. For those who may find walking difficult, parking is available behind Museum building only when Doctor's surgery is closed.
