About this event

This course is available only for those living or working within the Plymouth community and will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Menopause is not an illness or medical condition; rather, it is a natural and inevitable stage of life. However, the challenging symptoms associated with menopause are often under-recognized, underestimated, and insufficiently addressed. This online session is designed to provide a basic understanding of menopause and its potential impact on individuals within the workplace.

Aims & Objectives

  • Raise awareness about menopause in the workplace
  • Explore how you can support your colleagues/staff
  • Understand that every person going through the Menopause will have different experiences.

Please note that any emails from Eventbrite may go into your junk email so please do check for your confirmation email.
