This is an event for ANYONE who wants to discuss menopause. All ages, all genders!

We are not a support group, we are not experts, we are a discussion group.

There will be the opportunity to purchase hot & cold beverages and snacks, including some fabulous cakes, from our host venue The Hold, who have kindly let us use their venue.

We share our stories, experiences, things that are working for us, and things that haven't.

We are not anti HRT, natural rhemedies, or magnetic pants! We don't push any agenda, all ideas and conversations are valid and respectful.
