We are Sophia and Monique, two local perimenopausal women who want to meet you and want you to feel supported in your menopause journey or to support someone you love through it. Whether you're seeking advice, sharing experiences, or just looking to connect with others going through similar changes, this in-person event is the perfect opportunity to sip on something nice (if you wish) and have an open conversation (or just listening- your choice). No judgment, just support and understanding. Let's break the taboo surrounding menopause together and feel more connected.
