Menopause Cafe, Streatley - September

Come join us at the Coppa Club, Streatley for a cozy and candid chat about all things menopause this July! We are Sophia and Monique, two local perimenopausal women who want to meet you and want you to feel supported in your menopause journey or to support someone you love through it. Whether you're seeking advice, sharing experiences, or just looking to connect with others going through similar changes, this in-person event is the perfect opportunity to sip on something nice (if you wish) and have an open conversation (or just listening- your choice). No judgment, just support and understanding. Let's break the taboo surrounding menopause together and feel more connected.

Is there a fee?

No this is a free offering - the cafe is run by myself, Sophia - a women's midlife coach- and Monique, a journalist. We are in perimenopause too and wanted to create this safe space to connect. It's sponsored by the Coppa Club - there is always water, still and sparkling, so no expectation.

Do you offer advice?

No this is a non guided event - we do however all share frankly and you are free to come to your own conclusions and connect with other women who are genuinely going through similar experiences. Should you want coaching or mentorship you can contact myself directly sophiacleverlycoaching@gmail.com

Can I speak at this event?

Sorry no, this is not a networking opportunity, we offer genuine connection and mutual support. If you do work in the space, you are welcome - just be prepared to connect, no selling please.
